The problem

Complaints disappear. Assets don't.

Public and corporate grievance today has no memory.

Scattered across channels

WhatsApp, email, and social posts vanish into feeds with no tracking or ownership.

No permanent record

Nothing ties an issue, or its resolution, to the specific asset it happened to.

No aggregated insight

Owners can't see recurring problems or sentiment trends across their own portfolio.

The IDenLink model

One identity per asset. One permanent page.

Object-centric

Every asset gets a page

Every physical or digital asset gets a unique identifier and a public page — a bus, a streetlight, a storefront, a service desk. Verified owners respond publicly, building an auditable record of accountability over time. AI aggregates patterns across an owner's full portfolio into actionable maintenance and sentiment insights.

Why this is different

The record belongs to the asset

Person-centric social platforms can't provide this — posts attach to people, not things, and fade from feeds. IDenLink is object-centric: the record belongs to the asset and persists whether or not the owner engages.

The silent follower

Pressure builds on its own

Organisations never need to actively claim a page — the accumulating public record builds its own pressure to respond. Engagement happens at the owner's pace; accountability doesn't wait for it.

Anatomy of a page

Inside a live identity page

One identity, from first report to official resolution.

Boarding time was 10:20 but the screen at B12 still says "On time" with no staff. 200+ of us waiting with zero updates.

How it works

Three steps, no install to read.

STEP 1

Scan or search any ID

Point your camera at a QR sticker on any asset — bus, gate, streetlight, machine. Or just type the ID. Opens instantly in any browser. No app, no login needed to read.

KA-01-F-1234 → Bus page opens
STEP 2

Post the issue publicly

Tag it as an issue, feedback, or lost-and-found. Add a photo. Your post is live immediately — permanent, public, and searchable by anyone.

"AC broken for 3 days — 47 upvotes"
STEP 3

Verified owner responds

The organisation that owns the asset claims it with a verified badge. They reply officially, acknowledge the issue, and mark it resolved — on the record, in public.

KSRTC replies: "Unit repaired. Route 500C"
FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is a unique identity on IDenLink?

It's a public page for any single real-world or digital thing that has a unique identifier — a bus (KA-01-F-1234), a highway milestone (NH-44 · km 256), a gate, a streetlight, an ATM, a pet tag, even a product serial. If a thing can be uniquely named or numbered, it can have a living page where people post about it and its owner can respond.

How do I find an existing identity?

Two ways: scan its QR code — many assets carry an IDenLink sticker, and scanning opens its page instantly with no app or login; or search — type the ID, the name, or even a rough description, and matches appear as a live dropdown as you type.

What if I don't know the exact ID?

Search is typo-tolerant and meaning-aware. Formatting doesn't matter — 'ka 01 f 1234', 'KA01F1234' and 'KA-01-F-1234' all resolve to the same page. It also understands intent: 'lamp post' finds a streetlight, 'toll gate' finds the plaza. The most relevant match surfaces at the top, and near-duplicates are flagged so the same page isn't created twice.

What if the thing doesn't have a page yet?

Search offers to create one. You add the identifier, a name and a category, and it becomes a public page anyone can post to — and the real owner can later claim it.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed to read any page or scan a QR. You only sign in — via a one-tap email link — when you want to post, follow, upvote, or claim an identity.

Is what I post public?

Yes. IDenLink is a public record by design — posts, photos and any location tags you add are visible to everyone and may stay visible long-term. Don't post anything you need to keep private.

What can I use it for?

Follow the identities you care about — across public infrastructure, private infrastructure, communities, transit and transport, physical and digital assets, and anything with a unique identification. On each one you can report and track issues, leave feedback, flag lost-and-found tagged to the exact asset, and read official information from its verified owner. As followers and upvotes stack up, resolution happens in the open.

How is it different from social media?
Social MediaIDenLink
Organising unitPerson / accountPhysical / digital object
DiscoverabilityAlgorithm-ranked feedScan / search a specific ID
PermanenceEphemeral, buriedPermanent record per object
AccountabilityNo structural link to responsible partyVerified owner can claim & respond
PurposeGeneral expressionIssue reporting / accountability
How does it help an organisation?

It gives every asset a single public channel instead of scattered complaints, lets owners reply with a trusted verified badge, and turns hundreds of posts into AI insights — sentiment trends, grouped recurring issues, and a prioritised fix-first list, organisation-wide or per asset. A public resolution rate builds trust with the community they serve.

Is it free?

Yes — free to read, free to post, free to follow, and verified owners respond at no cost. IDenLink is in beta, so it will keep improving.

How is inappropriate content handled?

Images are automatically screened before upload, anyone can report a post, and content is hidden pending review after multiple reports — so pages stay useful and safe.
